This is a brand new home built in 2015. Thoroughly equipped with hurricane impact windows and doors, fire alarms, security, and surveillance systems. The interior is fully furnished with upgraded appliances, a spacious homelike atmosphere, with fenced-in backyard and patio area.
We offer private or semi-private suites that are fully furnished with two beds varying in size, a dresser, nightstand, lamp, and sitting chair. All rooms include basic cable, a private TV, and WIFI internet. Residents are encouraged to bring their own favorite furnishings if they prefer.
Spacious homelike setting with separate lounge area for relaxation or resident activities. Fully upgraded kitchen with new stainless appliances, and all resident necessities.
Our patio and backyard area is an ideal location to sit back and relax on a beautiful Florida day. The patio is very spacious and offers a relaxing ambiance that overlooks our beautiful mural on the adjacent wall in the backyard.
