TLC Family Care Home is a small, six-bed assisted living residence located in the Bassville Park section of Leesburg, FL. Our residents and our staff comprise the TLC Family.
We hold a Florida State Limited Nursing Services (LNS) License. This specialty license permits our nurses to care for our residents with their physician-ordered medical needs. We also provide a home and services for residents who need only assistance with their activities of daily living, such as meal prep, bathing, laundry, and medication assistance.
We believe that food is medicine. (Although we do work closely with a physician who regularly visits TLC and is available by phone 24/7.) That is why we serve home-cooked meals and use organic and natural ingredients as much as feasible. Our residents get healthier with a healthy diet.
Come visit TLC — ANYTIME — and meet our loving, competent, trained and background-screened staff as well as our residents. We also have a Yorkshire terrier and a small cat that provide our residents with love and attention; as well as a fish tank and an outdoor fish pond.

I cannot praise Linda, Will, Karen, and all the staff at TLC enough for the constant loving care they provide for my cousin, Ruth. Living so far away in New Jersey, I was content knowing TLC would keep me up to date and informed of Ruth’s condition. I miss Ruth and being in touch with the good people at TLC.
